Job Summary

  • The Direct Sales Agent is responsible for driving the acquisition of new customers and promoting the bank’s products and services to meet assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new customers for the bank’s products.
  • Actively market and sell assigned banking products to individuals and businesses.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Ensure full compliance with the bank’s policies, KYC, and regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support retention and referrals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum of Lower Credit or Second Class Lower Division
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
  • Age limit is 35 years or below.
