Key Responsibilities:• Lead and oversee all Food & Beverage outlets and banqueting operations• Drive guest satisfaction and service excellence across all dining experiences• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue performance• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing F&B teams• Collaborate with chefs on menu planning, concepts, and culinary innovation• Implement marketing, promotions, and guest retention initiatives• Ensure luxury service standards, compliance, and operational excellence are consistently maintained• Monitor performance metrics, audits, and departmental profitability

Requirements
• Hospitality or Hotel Management qualification preferred• Previous experience in a senior F&B leadership role within luxury hotels• Strong operational, financial, and leadership capabilities• Extensive knowledge of food, beverages, wines, cocktails, and fine dining service etiquette• Excellent guest engagement and communication skills• Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous
