Job Summary: Supervise the business activities in the branches, both banking service and customer business relationship management; Work closely with the branches team in annual plan development and implementation:
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Continuously assess the work of the Branches business team and propose changes and enhancements to improve the results;
Synchronise work and communicate constraints and issues with Branch Managers.
Set team objectives, goals, and performance standards and facilitate the team’s alignment and goal cascading;
Motivate and coach the branch customer service supervisors responsible for the delivery of high-quality services;
Enhance the bank’s image through pro-active customer –driven servicing of their needs to maximise customer satisfaction;
