Full professional fluency in both spoken and written French and English is a mandatory requirement for this position. Candidates who do not meet this criterion will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling & Coordination
- Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling of meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations
- Organise and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes
Reports & Correspondence- Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence
- Screen calls and emails and prioritise communications
- Draft and manage written communications on behalf of the Founder
Stakeholder Liaison- Act as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
- Represent the Founder professionally across all touchpoints
Project & Task Support- Support project coordination and follow-ups
- Handle personal tasks and errands as required
- Ensure deadlines and priorities are consistently met
Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's in Sociology, Commerce, or a related field
- 3–8 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Full professional fluency in French and English (spoken and written) — mandatory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
