Electrical Engineer

Job Summary:

• The role is responsible for maintaining electrical equipment, supporting planned and corrective maintenance, minimizing equipment downtime, and ensuring smooth plant operations in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned and breakdown maintenance on electrical systems/equipment
• Support installation and commissioning of new equipment
• Supervise technicians and daily maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with HSE and safety standards
• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot faults
• Support production efficiency and reduce downtime
• Handle spare parts requests and maintenance reporting
• Conduct training/coaching for technicians

Qualifications:

• B.Eng. or HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• 5+ yrs experience in manufacturing mandatory
• Strong experience with automated production systems
• Experience in production/packaging is a plus
• Excellent troubleshooting & diagnostic skills
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment
• Strong communication & teamwork skills
