This position involves overseeing electrical maintenance and fault finding on production and packaging equipment, while maintaining equipment reliability, safety compliance, and food manufacturing standards, and contributing to optimal plant uptime and reduced downtime.
To succeed in this role, you should have a recognised Electrical Trade Test, N3 Electrical Engineering or higher, and 3–5 years’ post-trade experience in an FMCG or manufacturing environment. Strong skills in PLC fault finding, control systems, VSDs, instrumentation, and preventative maintenance are essential. Good problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure and as part of a team will also be valuable.
