We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically oriented Process Engineer to help optimise production processes, manufacturing workflows, and ERP Systems for efficiency, cost savings, and continuous improvement. Working closely with Metal Fabrication and Metal Finishing Production teams, you’ll apply data-driven and process engineering approaches to support the company’s growth.
Responsibilities
- Analyse and improve manufacturing processes to boost quality and throughput
- Develop SOPs and best practices
- Conduct time, cost, and risk analyses to reduce waste
- Analyse and optimise ERP (SysPro/MOM) performance
- Maintain accurate BOMs, run times, and production schedules
- Create reports/dashboards in SQL and support data-driven decision-making
- Resolve system issues impacting production and inventory
