We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate enrolled nursing assistant to join our healthcare
team. This role is ideal for a patient-focused professional committed to delivering high-quality care
in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate care to patients, supporting their daily needs and well-being.
- Monitor and report on patients’ health status with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to patient care planning.
- Uphold professional standards in accordance with SANC regulations.
Requirements:
- Registered as an enrolled nursing assistant with the South African Nursing Council (SANC).
- Valid annual SANC practising certificate.
- Experience in step-down facilities, frail care, home-based care, or wound care is
advantageous.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable own transport.
- Compassionate, patient-centred, and observant with strong reporting skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
