Key responsibilities:
- Carry out routine and emergency maintenance repairs.
- Perform plumbing repairs and maintenance.
- Conduct electrical installation, repair, and troubleshooting tasks.
- Undertake carpentry and general building maintenance work.
- Respond promptly to tenant maintenance requests and complaints.
- Inspect estate facilities and identify maintenance needs.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce equipment and facility breakdowns.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records.
- Report major maintenance issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Support the overall upkeep and appearance of the estate.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Diploma in a construction-related field, property management, or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry works.
- Experience in property, facility, or estate maintenance is an added advantage.
- Understanding of occupational health and safety practices.
