ETP Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
 

• Monitor daily activities performed at the Effluent Treatment Plant and ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Report any deviations or discrepancies related to daily plant operations promptly and accurately.
• Monitor and update the water material balance for the plant on a daily basis.
• Track daily chemical consumption within the plant and maintain accurate records.
• Verify all chemical deliveries to the plant, ensuring that an accurate inventory is recorded at all times.
• Cross-check vendor invoices against actual chemical usage and delivery records to identify any discrepancies.
• Provide regular updates to management on chemical usage, inventory status, and vendor performance.
• Collaborate with technical staff to understand process requirements and support operational activities.

• Chemical Engineering qualification (preferable).
• Experience within the manufacturing sector (advantageous).
• Above-average written and oral communication skills.
• Strong report writing skills.
• Attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy in all work.
