Experienced Automotive Costing Clerk (Temporary Position) - JHB Southern Suburbs

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage daily vehicle costing functions accurately and efficiently
• Perform costing using TMS and TMS Creditors systems
• Handle autobody costing on ABUNTEX
• Work with various insurer portals and related software platforms
• Ensure accurate mark-ups, pricing, and costing calculations
• Verify costing information and supporting documentation
• Liaise with insurers, suppliers, and internal departments where required
• Ensure all costing is completed within required turnaround times
• Assist with administrative duties related to workshop costing and claims processing
• Maintain accurate records and system updates

• Previous automotive costing experience in a motor industry / autobody environment essential
• Strong working knowledge of TMS and TMS Creditors
• ABUNTEX costing experience is non-negotiable
• Experience working with multiple insurer portals and software systems
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Stable work history preferred
• Motor industry / autobody industry experience essential
