External Sales Representative (Durban)Must come from the Leather IndustrySalary - R20 000 negotiable based on experience (No commission)
Minimum requirements:- Matric
- Company cell phone
- Use of company vehicle during office hours
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Assist walk-in clients, including existing customers and new enquiries, with professional and friendly service
- Provide product knowledge and respond to customer enquiries in person, telephonically, and via email
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular client interaction and external visits
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, email, telephone, and social media engagement
- Maintain excellent customer service standards while upholding a professional company image at all times
- Liaise effectively with internal departments, including sales, accounts, and stores, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports, including sales performance, updates, and forward planning
- Assist with general administrative and operational duties as required across the business
