Main RoleThe Extrusion Engineer will act as the primary point of contact for all extrusion machine processes, supporting the Extrusion Manager in overseeing daily operations. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency in electro-mechanical systems and leadership capabilities to manage the extrusion team effectively.
Production Support & Efficiency
· Troubleshoot
and resolve technical issues related to extrusion machinery and processes.
· Maintain
and update technical documentation, including process parameters and standard
operating procedures.
· Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to support new product development and process
improvements.

Manage production processes
ensuring that productivity targets are achieved.
· Provide technical
support to the production team on all product and processing related issues.
Drive continuous manufacturing processes improvements.
People Management
· Supervise and mentor extrusion technicians.
· Conduct training sessions to enhance team
competencies in extrusion processes and safety protocols.
Quality &
Compliance
· Ensure all extrusion processes comply with industry standards and company quality requirements.
· Implement quality
control measures to monitor product specifications and reduce waste.
· Lead root cause analysis for non-conformities
and implement corrective actions
