Description

  • Are you an experienced Facility Manager with a strong background in managing residential properties? We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to oversee the operations of a premium residential estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of a residential estate.
  • Ensure all building facilities and equipment are functioning optimally.
  • Manage service providers, contractors, and support staff.
  • Conduct routine inspections and implement preventive maintenance plans.
  • Prepare reports, budgets, and maintenance schedules.
  • Address residents' concerns professionally and ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Engineering, Estate Management, Facility Management, or a related field.
  • Must have 3–5 years' experience managing residential facilities/estates.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance planning, and vendor management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report writing.
  • Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
