Field Operation Officer

ROLE SUMMARY

• The Field Operations Officer will be responsible for onboarding and supporting merchants/sellers, ensuring smooth marketplace operations, and coordinating field activities. The role involves regular visits to markets and business locations, ensuring quality standards, and supporting order fulfillment processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Onboard and verify new merchants/sellers on the platform
• Conduct regular visits to markets and business locations
• Support product listing and seller setup processes
• Coordinate order fulfillment and logistics activities
• Perform basic quality checks on products before dispatch
• Prepare and submit daily operational reports
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and partners

REQUIREMENTS

• Must possess an internet-enabled device smartphone or tablet
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in the field and visiting market locations
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and digital tools
• Highly organized, reliable, and proactive
• Prior experience in sales, operations, or field roles is an added advantage
