Employment Information

We are looking for Field Sales Representatives to drive sales growth and expand distribution within assigned territories. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven FMCG environment and enjoy being on the road, building relationships, and delivering consistent results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily field visits to retail stores and prospective clients
  • Identify and open new accounts to expand product distribution
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
  • Drive reorders, upselling, and in-store execution
  • Ensure strong product visibility and availability within your territory
  • Accurately track, report, and manage all sales activity

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • 2–3 years’ experience in FMCG sales
  • Experience in route sales or field sales environments
  • Exposure to retail (off-consumption) and/or hospitality (on-consumption) channels
  • Own reliable and roadworthy vehicle
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel daily
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven, high-performance environment

Preferred Requirements

  • Proven ability to grow a sales territory and increase distribution
  • Experience working with informal trade or wholesale channels
  • Strong understanding of FMCG sales cycles and execution standards
