We are looking for Field Sales Representatives to drive sales growth and expand distribution within assigned territories. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily field visits to retail stores and prospective clients
- Identify and open new accounts to expand product distribution
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
- Drive reorders, upselling, and in-store execution
- Ensure strong product visibility and availability within your territory
- Accurately track, report, and manage all sales activity

Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience in FMCG sales
- Experience in route sales or field sales environments
- Exposure to retail (off-consumption) and/or hospitality (on-consumption) channels
- Own reliable and roadworthy vehicle
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel daily
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, high-performance environment
Preferred Requirements
- Proven ability to grow a sales territory and increase distribution
- Experience working with informal trade or wholesale channels
- Strong understanding of FMCG sales cycles and execution standards
