Key Responsibilities
- Leading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Preparing and presenting accurate financial statements and reports.
- Managing cash flow, banking relationships, and investment activities.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Conducting financial analysis to support strategic business decisions.
- Leading and mentoring the finance team to enhance performance and skills.
- Collaborating with other departments to drive financial efficiency and profitability.
Requirements
- ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant) qualification.
- Membership with BICA (Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants).
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior financial management role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- A bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA is an added advantage).
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
