FINANCE OFFICER VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

JOB SUMMARY
JATA Investment is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Officer who will support the accountant in financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, provide day-to-day financial support, and ensure effective inventory management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate records, including management and control of procurements.
- Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and forecasting.
- Process payroll, staff reimbursements, and supplier payments.
- Manage petty cash and perform reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular weekly and monthly cyclic counts.
- Coordinate inventory management activities including receiving, costing, stock counts, reconciliation, and dispatch for the farm and all outlets.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Diploma in Accounting and/or Finance.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in accounting.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in warehousing and inventory management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
