Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional accounting qualification is advantageous.
Experience- 3–5 years’ experience in accounting or finance.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
- Experience with accounting software and financial reporting systems.
Knowledge- Financial accounting principles and practices.
- Budgeting and forecasting.
- Tax regulations and payroll administration.
- Hospitality financial operations and cost control.
Skills- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Excel and accounting software).
