Job Description:
Prepare and consolidate monthly management accounts across multiple brands, including variance analysis and commentary
Review financial reports, identify discrepancies, and engage with stakeholders to resolve queries
Draft interim and year-end financial results, including group trial balances and segmental reporting
Support financial statement preparation, including detailed workings such as minority interests, treasury shares, and share schemes
Perform annual impairment testing and liaise with auditors throughout the audit process
Compile subsidiary annual financial statements in line with IFRS and internal group standards
Lead the consolidation and preparation of group budgets, including multi-year forecasting and reporting
Provide ad-hoc financial support, review reconciliations, and assist with operational finance tasks when required
Skills & Experience:
Completed SAICA articles (CA(SA)).
Experience within a group reporting environment highly advantageous
Strong financial reporting and IFRS knowledge
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability
High attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders across the business
