An established engineering solutions provider is seeking an experienced FMS Sales Engineer to drive business development and sales growth within the mining sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting technical solutions, managing key customer relationships, compiling commercial and technical proposals, and identifying new market opportunities. This role requires a strong understanding of instrumentation systems, fuel management solutions, and long-cycle B2B technical sales within mining environments.
Education:
- National Diploma or Degree in a Technical, Engineering, Sales or Marketing discipline
- Postgraduate qualification advantageous
Job Experience & Skills Required:- Minimum 6 years’ technical sales experience within the mining industry
- Experience with fuel management systems and instrumentation solutions
- Strong business development and key account management experience
- Proven experience compiling technical and commercial proposals
- Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- ERP/SAGE system exposure advantageous
- Willingness to travel nationally
