A fast-growing plastic recycling company is seeking a qualified and experienced Forklift Operators Supervisor to join our operations team.

JOB SUMMARY
The Forklift Operators Supervisor will oversee daily forklift operations within the factory and workshop environment, ensure safety compliance, monitor operator performance, and coordinate effective material movement across production units.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of forklift operators.
- Ensure safe loading, unloading, stacking, and movement of materials.
- Monitor forklift usage and ensure proper maintenance routines are followed.
- EnforceEnforce workplace health and safety regulations.
- Conduct routine inspections of forklifts and report faults promptly.
- Train and guide forklift operators on best operational practices.
- Collaborate with workshop, production, and Management teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure proper fuel/battery management and operational efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of OND/SSCE qualification.
- Proven experience as a forklift operator supervisor or similar role.
- Valid forklift operating certification is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good understanding of workshop and factory safety procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operators effectively.
