Important Information
This is a freelance consultancy opportunity and does not constitute permanent employment with FCB. Successful candidates will be engaged on a performance-based commission structure depending on the assigned opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with potential customers and create awareness of FCB products and services
• Support customer acquisition activities, including customer onboarding and account opening initiatives
• Promote relevant banking solutions and provide customers with a positive FCB experience
• Identify opportunities within your community and build strong customer relationships
• Work towards agreed performance and customer engagement targets
Technical Skills & Competence:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, proactive, and comfortable engaging with people.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
• Customer service, sales, marketing, or community engagement experience will be an added advantage.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Any post-secondary school qualifications
