Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist Francophone delegates at the registration desk.
  • Hand out badges and provide directions and guidance.
  • Assist Francophone delegates with communication and interpretation during simple conversations between guests and event organizers.
  • Support registration desks, information points, and VIP reception.
  • Follow event dress codes and hostess etiquette standards.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and excellence.


Requirements:
  • Professionally spoken and written French and English communication skills
  • Ability to interpret French to English and vice versa during conversations.
  • Ability to undergo and pass the hostess training at Emerald Green Ushering Services.
  • Professional appearance and grooming
  • Friendly, confident, and articulate personality
  • Able to resume at 8:00 am prompt in Victoria Island.
  • Available for 3 days in June and November 2026
