Key Responsibilities:


  • Welcome and attend to visitors, clients, and walk-in customers professionally.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
  • Provide administrative support to management and staff.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and company events.
  • Handle correspondence and maintain filing systems.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on leads.
  • Promote the company’s products and services.
  • Support marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain customer databases and sales records.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and reports.
  • Identify potential business opportunities and escalate them to management.
  • Ensure confidentiality of company information.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in administration, customer service, sales, or marketing is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
