Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a dynamic Front Desk Officer who will serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers. The role involves managing the reception area, handling inquiries, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day front office operations while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Respond to emails and general inquiries promptly.
  • Manage visitor registration and maintain visitor logs.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and correspondence.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
  • Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to address visitor or client needs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2 - 3 years experience in similar role.
  • Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administrative roles is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Handle basic customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
