Position: Front Desk Receptionist

The Front Desk Receptionist will serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring smooth front office operations and delivering excellent customer service from check-in to check-out.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, handling enquiries, processing payments, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures.
- Answer telephone calls, respond to emails, and handle room reservation enquiries.
- Address guests’ requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Process payments and manage bookings accurately.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and management to ensure smooth hotel operations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma in Hotel Management or Front Office Operations.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in hotel reception or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and strong computer skills.
- Positive attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
