This role is ideal for a polished hospitality professional with strong guest relations skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service within a high-end safari environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure, maintaining high service standards, and supporting the lodge’s front of house operations. Key Responsibilities: Welcoming and hosting guests, ensuring a warm and professional arrival and departure experience Managing guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently Handling guest enquiries and requests promptly and professionally Assisting with reservations, guest communication, and daily lodge administration Coordinating with various lodge departments to ensure smooth operations Maintaining high standards of presentation and guest service at all times Supporting the management team in delivering a memorable luxury lodge experience Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a Front of House role within a luxury safari lodge Grade 12 / Matric (a relevant hospitality qualification will be advantageous) Valid driver’s licence essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and administrative abilities Professional appearance and a guest-focused approach Ability to work well within a team in a remote lodge environment Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV to apply for this opportunity.
