About the Role
The Front of House Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of guest services, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for patrons. This role is integral to maintaining standards of hospitality and professionalism while managing front-of-house operations in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily front-of-house operations, ensuring excellent service delivery and a welcoming atmosphere.
- Supervise and train the front-of-house team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to enhance guest experiences.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient communication and service flow.
- Monitor and manage the front-of-house budget, optimizing resources and controlling costs.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, expectations, and feedback.
- Support marketing and promotional activities to enhance guest engagement and drive business growth.

Requirements
- Proven track record in a front-of-house management role within the hospitality or related industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships with guests and colleagues.
- Demonstrable experience in managing guest inquiries and conflict resolution effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail in service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Proficient in relevant hospitality management software and point-of-sale systems.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Preferred Qualifications
- Qualification in hospitality management or a related field.
- Experience in event planning and management within a front-of-house context.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations relevant to hospitality operations.
- Additional language proficiency is an advantage.
