Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate efficiently with account managers to optimise workflows and improve productivity.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of players’ game data and personal information.
  • Never use unauthorised tools to manipulate player data; ensure data security at all times.
  • Follow standardised procedures to complete tasks assigned by supervisors.
  • Contribute to team efforts in designing efficient gameplay strategies and sharing best practices.
  • Assist the team in verifying player information and resolving basic game-related issues.
  • We require staff to collect resources in the game and be able to endure performing highly repetitive tasks for extended periods.


Requirements:

  • Passion for gaming (experience in mobile/PC games preferred).
  • Enthusiasm for innovation and technology.
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative in team responsibilities.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to handle tasks beyond assigned duties.
  • Basic English proficiency (school-level is acceptable).
  • Able to tolerate prolonged use of tablets or playing mobile games.
