To support our expanding production lines, we are seeking energetic, hardworking, and reliable General Hands / Packers to join our production team.
Key Responsibilities
Packaging Operations: Efficiently pack finished beverage products into crates, boxes, or cartons according to packaging specifications and targets.
Line Sorting & Inspection: Conduct visual checks on bottles, labels, and caps on the conveyor line to identify and remove any defective packaging before final sealing.
Loading & Offloading: Manually move, stack, load, and offload raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods safely within the production area and warehouse.
Plant Cleanliness & Sanitation: Maintain standard workplace hygiene by sweeping, cleaning production areas, washing equipment, and clearing waste in line with safety regulations.
Operational Assistance: Assist machine operators and production supervisors with general tasks to ensure smooth, uninterrupted workflow on the manufacturing floor.
Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
Qualifications and Experience
Education: Minimum of 5 O-Levels (including English and Mathematics/Science preferred).
Experience: Prior experience working as a Packer, General Hand, or Loader within a manufacturing, bottling, FMCG, or warehouse environment is an added advantage.
Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit, energetic, and capable of standing for long periods and performing heavy lifting as required by the role.
Competencies:
o High level of discipline, reliability, and punctuality.
o Ability to follow instructions precisely and work efficiently under minimum supervision.
o Strong team player with a positive attitude toward manual work.
o Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends, to meet production schedules.
