Responsibilities 

  • Coordination of daily sales activities. 
  • Meet the sales target and ensuring that payments are collected from all the sign ups. 
  • Recruitment of direct sales agents in your markets. 
  • Submission of daily sales report to the sales coordinator. 
  • Ensuring GPON sign ups are submitted to the sales operation. 
  • Conduct product knowledge session with all the DSA’s in your team. 
  • Submission of detailed report of homes passed and connected in your assigned area against 
  • Plan and implement agreed weekly activities and sales activations/market storms  
  • Ensure new GPON signups are connected within set timelines to accelerate revenue generation 
  • Report installation delays and customer onboarding issues to the GPON coordinator  

Candidate Requirements 

  • Diploma in Business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field 
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a sales and distribution or similar role in a telecom industry  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Proficient in Microsoft office packages
