Job Overview
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing visual concepts to life across various digital and print mediums. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, possesses excellent layout and typography skills, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Visual Content Creation: Design high-quality graphics for digital platforms (social media, websites, email campaigns) and print materials (brochures, posters, banners, corporate collateral).
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual assets strictly align with established brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive corporate identity.
- Concept Development: Brainstorm and collaborate with marketing and content teams to transform creative briefs into impactful visual stories.
- Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of design assets, templates, images, and fonts for efficient team access.
- Review & Refine: Revise designs based on constructive internal feedback and stakeholder requirements to deliver polished final products.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- Software Expertise: Mastery of industry-standard design tools, particularly the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
- Portfolio: A diverse and strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in typography, layout, color theory, and digital composition.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and collaborative skills.
- Excellent time management with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
- Experience: Previous experience in an agency or in-house corporate environment is an advantage.
