KEY OBJECTIVES OF POSITION

The Graphic Designer will play a central role in creating and executing high-quality visual content to support the communication and marketing needs and its various business clusters. The role requires developing creative concepts and delivering impactful designs across digital and print platforms while ensuring consistency with the Group’s brand identity.

 

COMPETENCIES AND RELATED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A description of the main competencies and related duties and responsibilities, however not exhaustive, is detailed below:

Creative Design & Branding

  • Conceptualize, design and deliver marketing and promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, advertisements, newsletters, social media creatives, presentations and product catalogues.
  • Adapt designs to reflect the unique identity of each business cluster while maintaining alignment with the Group’s overall corporate branding.
  • Develop event-related designs (banners, backdrops, invitations, signage) tailored to product launches, trade shows, corporate events and sponsorships.

Digital & Social Media

  • Design visual content for websites, social media platforms, online campaigns and email marketing.
  • Produce multimedia assets including GIFs, animations and short promotional videos when required.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to create engaging and interactive online content.

Cross-Cluster Support

  • Provide creative design support across multiple business units ensuring timely delivery of cluster-specific requirements.
  • Work closely with product managers, sales teams and business unit heads to translate marketing briefs into visual content.
  • Assist in the development of campaigns that enhance visibility and customer engagement.

Collaboration & Production

  • Liaise with external printers, media agencies and suppliers to ensure the quality and accuracy of produced materials.
  • Manage and organize digital assets, photo libraries and brand guidelines for easy access by all clusters.
  • Ensure deadlines and production standards are consistently met.

Other Responsibilities

  • Perform duties strictly in accordance with company policies, procedures and digital reporting systems.
  • Execute any additional tasks assigned by Management that align with the role’s scope and objectives.

Competencies & Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects & Premiere Pro are strong assets).
  • Strong creative thinking with a keen eye for layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Ability to work on diverse projects simultaneously, balancing Group-wide and cluster-specific priorities.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills for cross-cluster collaboration.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.
  • At least 3 years’ proven experience in graphic design, preferably within a corporate group or agency setting.
  • Experience in digital design, social media content creation, and print production.
  • Photography and video editing skills are considered a plus.
