MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in agriculture industry is advantageous
- 4+ years’ experience in the role of Growers Liaison
- Computer literate
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skill
- Valid driver’s licence
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO - Manage and maintain strong relationships with macadamia growers and suppliers.
- Coordinate supply to ensure consistent delivery aligned with production needs.
- Monitor and enforce quality standards and compliance with industry requirements.
- Conduct farm visits and provide technical support to improve yield and quality.
- Collect and analyse grower data, and report on performance and supply forecasts.
- Support contract management and ensure adherence to agreed terms.
- Communicate market requirements and align growers with export standards.
- Engage with local communities and promote sustainable farming practices.
