Description

  • We're looking for a results-driven Growth Manager – B2B to join our team and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, enterprise sales, and client acquisition.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market reach
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals
  • Track sales performance, conversion metrics, and pipeline health using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client success

What We're Looking For

  • HND / BSc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other related field.
  • 3–5 years' experience in B2B sales, business development, or growth roles in fintech, banking sector, edtech, insurance, Saas.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and engaging with senior decision-makers
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking systems
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize conversion metrics.
