Head of Digital and Transformation

Our client, a leading organisation within the energy sector, is seeking an experienced Head of Digital and Transformation to drive strategic digital initiatives and lead enterprise-wide transformation programmes. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a visionary professional who can align technology, innovation, and business objectives to deliver measurable growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organisation’s digital transformation strategy
• Drive innovation and identify opportunities to improve business performance through technology
• Lead the delivery of key digital projects and transformation initiatives
• Oversee ERP optimisation, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with executive leadership and business stakeholders to align technology with strategic goals
• Champion change management and digital adoption across the business
• Ensure effective cybersecurity, data governance, and risk management practices
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage relationships with external service providers
• Drive data-driven decision-making through analytics and business intelligence initiatives

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior digital transformation or technology leadership role
• Strong ERP systems experience, particularly within complex operational environments
• Experience within logistics and transport-focused industries is essential
• Knowledge of cloud computing, cybersecurity, AI/ML, and data analytics
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills
• Proven ability to lead organisational change and transformation programmes
