Role Overview: A hands-on operational leadership role supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring consistent service excellence, and driving a high-end guest experience across all departments. ? Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations across all hotel departments • Lead Hosts and supervisory team members • Ensure seamless and consistent service delivery • Manage guest experience and service recovery processes • Maintain and enforce operational and brand standards • Support staff development and on-the-floor leadership • Assist with cost control and operational efficiencies • Maintain strong presence across the property (not office-based role) • Work weekends and flexible shifts as required ? Candidate Profile: • 3–5 years’ experience in a senior operational hotel role • Luxury or boutique hotel experience preferred • Strong hands-on leadership approach • Guest-focused with strong attention to detail • Calm, professional, and effective under pressure • Strong communication and team coordination skills • Opera Cloud or similar hotel system experience advantageous ?
