Employment Information

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and prepare guest rooms to standard.
  • Ensure rooms are fully ready before releasing to reception.
  • Replacement of supplies (toiletries, towels, linens, and cleaning supplies).
  • Laundry and linen handling.
  • Ensuring immediate reporting of faulty issues that need maintenance.
  • Report all lost and found items and ensure proper documentation.
  • Respond quickly to guests' requests and direct complaints or major requests to reception.
  • Maintain professional and high hygiene standards at all times.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of an SSCE certificate (WAEC, NECO, or GCE) is required.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in hotel housekeeping or cleaning services.
  • Basic literacy and ability to communicate in the English language.
  • Ability to clean and prepare guest rooms to hotel standards.
  • Knowledge of the use of chemicals and house cleaning equipment.
  • Physically fit and strong, neat and well-groomed.
  • Honest and trustworthy to stay around guest properties.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.


Remuneration: NGN: 70,000 Monthly Gross
