Department: Human Resources |
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 4 years HR management experience, preferably in a media or corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of The Gambia Labour Act and HR best practices
- Experience in recruitment, staff development, performance management and compliance
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Marketing Officer
Department: Sales and Marketing |
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field
- Minimum 3 years marketing experience, preferably in a media or advertising environment
- Experience in advertising sales, sponsorship acquisition and brand partnerships
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and audience analytics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
