We are looking for talented individuals across technical, editorial, creative and administrative functions who are ready to grow with us.

  1. HR Manager

Department: Human Resources     |

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years HR management experience, preferably in a media or corporate environment
  • Strong knowledge of The Gambia Labour Act and HR best practices
  • Experience in recruitment, staff development, performance management and compliance
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

 

  1. Marketing Officer

Department: Sales and Marketing     |

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years marketing experience, preferably in a media or advertising environment
  • Experience in advertising sales, sponsorship acquisition and brand partnerships
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and audience analytics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
