Job Details

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, administration, and employee records on HRIS/HRMS platforms
  • Coordinate payroll inputs with outsourced payroll providers — absences, leave, bonuses, and adjustments
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment: job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and onboarding
  • Serve as liaison between management and employees; handle queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters
  • Prepare and process HR documentation — recruitment, training, performance, and compliance reports
  • Coordinate HR projects including training sessions, surveys, and MEA Bloc HR alignment initiatives
  • Support Corporate Administration management and general office operations
  • Travel internationally on an ad-hoc basis where required
What We're Looking For
  • Relevant Degree or equivalent qualification in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' HR and payroll administration experience in a corporate environment (G2 level) or 8+ years for senior consideration (G3 level)
  • Solid knowledge of South African labour law and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/HRMS systems
  • Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail, and a commitment to confidentiality
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of management
