Job Summary

  • The HR Officer will support daily HR operations across recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, and engagement to drive smooth workforce management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage job postings, CV screening, interviews, and new hire onboarding.
  • Employee Administration: Track leave, attendance, maintain HR records, and handle staff queries. 
  • Payroll & Compliance: Work with Finance on payroll input. Ensure regulatory compliance & Nigerian Labour Law.
  • Policy & Engagement: Support KPIs, training, exhibitions, grievance handling, and HR policy implementation.

Requirements

  • B.Sc in HRM Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years HR experience. FMCG/Manufacturing experience is an advantage 
  • Good knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law & statutory deductions
  • Proficient in MS Excel & Powerpoint. CIPM or PHRI certification is an advantage.
