Our client in the Telecommunications industry is seeking a skilled and experienced HR Process Migration Specialist to join their Human Resources team.The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the migration of HR automated solutions from SharePoint Designer to Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. This role will involve analysing and redesigning existing workflows, ensuring seamless process automation, and enhancing operational efficiency within the HR function.In addition, the incumbent will play a key role in building internal capability by facilitating knowledge transfer, providing structured training, and equipping stakeholders with the skills required to effectively manage and support the new solutions. Technical and Professional Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the design, development, and deployment of solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Sound knowledge of SharePoint Online and SharePoint Designer workflows.
  • Experience in migrating business processes and automated workflows from legacy platforms to modern Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in process automation and workflow development.
  • At least 1–2 years' hands-on experience working with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications in Power Platform technologies will be advantageous.
