Partner with management to provide strategic HR support and guidance across business units
Drive and support HR initiatives, including organisational development, performance management, and workforce planning
Provide input on employee relations matters, including disciplinary processes, conflict resolution, and compliance
Support and guide management on labour legislation and HR best practices
Oversee and support recruitment and talent management processes
Analyse HR data and provide insights to support business decision-making
Assist with change management and organisational restructuring initiatives
Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented and consistently applied
Support training and development initiatives aligned to business needs
Work closely with leadership to drive employee engagement and performance
Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and company policies
Provide general HR support and execute ad hoc projects as required
Requirements:
Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role
Proven experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation
Experience dealing with employee relations, performance management, and organisational development
Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology
Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
