About the job

  • We’re looking for a detail-oriented, process-driven HubSpot CRM Operations Specialist to take ownership of our CRM ecosystem and help scale our revenue operations.
  • You’ll work closely with Sales and SDR teams to ensure campaigns, automations, and reporting are executed flawlessly.

What You’ll Do

  • Own CRM data hygiene: ensure accuracy, consistency, and structure across contacts, companies, and deals
  • Build and manage HubSpot workflows, automations, and sequences
  • Support Sales & SDR teams with campaign execution and prospecting lists
  • Monitor pipeline activity to identify stalled opportunities and gaps
  • Create dashboards and reports on sales performance and revenue metrics RevOps
  • Continuously improve CRM processes and identify efficiency opportunities

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM Admin/Backend preferred
  • Proven experience with CRM cleanup, database management, or process optimization
  • Background in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations RevOps, or similar roles
  • Advanced/Fluent English C1 required for working with U.S. teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, build-from-scratch environment
