Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a group-wide HR strategy aligned with business objectives and long-term growth plans
  • Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development across all entities
  • Design and manage compensation, rewards, and employee engagement frameworks to attract and retain top talent
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies, and governance standards while promoting a strong organizational culture
  • Serve as a strategic counsel to the executive team on all people-related matters, linking HR initiatives to business performance and financial outcomes.
  • Analyze HR metrics and workforce analytics to provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology or any other similar field.
  • 10 - 15 years’ progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and labour laws
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
