Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and experienced HR & Property Administration Manager to lead and oversee the Company's Human Resources and Property Administration functions. The position is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, ensuring effective workforce management, overseeing employee development programs, and managing administrative and property-related operations to support the Company's strategic objectives.
• Lead and oversee all Human Resources and Property Administration functions of the Company.
• Develop and implement HR and administrative policies, procedures, and systems.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary processes.
• Coordinate employee training, development, succession planning, and capacity-building initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Ethiopian labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee personnel administration, employee records, attendance, leave management, and related HR activities.
• Supervise transportation and logistics operations to ensure efficient utilization of company resources.
• Oversee procurement, store management, canteen services, and general support services.
• Ensure proper management, maintenance, and safeguarding of company assets and properties.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of section heads and departmental staff.
• Prepare and implement annual departmental plans, budgets, and performance reports.
• Participate in strategic planning and support the achievement of organizational goals.
