About the Role

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification (CHRP, CPHRM, SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and employment practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
