Key Responsibilities
· Oversee and manage all HR operations within the organization
· Handle workforce planning and management for a large employee base
· Ensure compliance with Kenyan labor laws and industrial relations practices
· Lead employee relations, negotiations, and conflict resolution
· Support organizational growth through effective HR strategies
Qualifications & Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field
· Membership with IHRM (Institute of Human Resource Management)
· Minimum of 10 years’ experience managing a large workforce, preferably in the manufacturing or apparel industry
· Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and industrial relations
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· High level of integrity and professionalism
