KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and support end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, onboarding, and probation follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, contracts, and ensure compliance with Kenyan labor laws and internal company policies.
  • Support performance management processes, employee engagement initiatives, attendance management, and workplace culture programs.
  • Handle employee relations matters professionally, including disciplinary processes, grievances, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
  • Coordinate staff training, onboarding programs, and HR development initiatives aimed at improving employee productivity and retention.
  • Monitor statutory compliance, leave management, workplace health and safety requirements, and HR operational reporting.
  • Support HR process improvement initiatives and contribute to building efficient and scalable HR systems.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of progressive HR experience in a busy and structured work environment.
  • Strong understanding of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience handling recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations independently..
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems. 6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity at all times.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
